This Japanese girl was rude to me?
I was in a national park in the southwest United States a few years ago, and In the meantime, I saw a group of Japanese tourists was with us – I mentioned in tour guide, who was not busy at the time I visited Japan when I was a child and really enjoyed it – I asked her where she lived and she said "Hiroshima – You need to know where it is "I think I said something like 'Well, it's not something we are very de''mais proud I think it was rude – when I was in Japan, it was clearly expected me to be on my good manners, and I was. there was a lot of bad things that happened on both sides of this war (well before my birth), but I showed respect people while I was there why did she come to the United States if she hates us so much?
Well, first, how do you know they were Japanese? Be honest, you can not tell the difference between Korea, the Chinese people and Japanese. So the chances that you saw someone was Asian, and said "it's a Japanese girl" is quite low. While taking off a little credibility to your question. Second, it's just a matter of personality. Maybe this girl was rude but that does not mean that all Japanese girls are rude. Perhaps she did not want to be bored, and that's something everyone should respect. Third, "why did she come to the United States if she hates us much? ". You can not judge no one for his / her thought. This girl has all the right to go to America as many times as she wants it will legally. So it was quite rude of you.

Have you a guided tour of Yosemite National Park?
My husband and I visited Yosemite and we wonder whether it is advisable to take a tour or just explore the park on our own via their free shuttle service. Has anyone done this tour? Please let us know you views made our stay even more memorable. Serious response much appreciated. Thank you!
I'm going to Yosemite for 35 years now and my grandparents (both sides) and parents have been ongoing since the 1920s. So you might think I know a lot things about the place and I do. But when I had MY friends at the park once, we all took the tour bus tour (open on the sides of buses with green roofs, a guide with a system speaker). I liked it, I learned a few things. A very good introduction If you have not done much. A great way to start, get your bearings and think that walking and the sites you want to return your own. Then take the free shuttle buses (unguided) to move. Better yet, rent a bike at Yosemite Lodge or prepare a meal and water and take a hike around the valley to the sites you want to see. All walks on the valley floor are soft, very flat. And you can access the park road in 1 / 2 mile and take a shuttle bus to return to your car or accommodation. Bring a pair of small binoculars. Not for wildlife, which you can walk to, but to watch the big wall climbers. My pet peeve: There are so many spectacular views, some people experience Yosemite through the viewfinder of a camera / video. Kodak has done a lot of money on this place. Let me assure you that the improvement photographers that you and I have already done this (Ansel Adams comes to mind) and the postcards are cheap. Look with your eyes. Feel the beetle, fir and cedar. Listen to the wind and water. Delight in the "oooh" and "ahhhh" of other tourists. Have fun. Also, consider some of the many spectacular hikes to the top of Yosemite Falls or Half Dome and Glacier Point if you're pretty good shape.

Yellowstone's favorite places?
My girlfriend and I are planning a trip to Yellowstone for the weekend throughout August and was interested in favorite things people. What we know about Old Faithful, the Grand Canyon and so on … all the rules you have to see, let's see. So far, our plan will must arrive on Friday night and the establishment of a camp in Madison, spending Saturday at the southern end of the park on Sunday in the far north end to the tour Dinner of the Old West, and then break camp on Monday to return to Canada. Therefore, your favorites … Favorite places to watch wildlife and sunsets sun and stars, the most peaceful, the most interesting, more sublime, best food, the most beautiful architecture and history, and so on. Personally, I'm a big fan of bison and berries and rustic National Park. However, for your own, please be specific and serious: I would like know what inspired you to be inspired too!
Consider that it has been 20 years since I saw it. It is a huge place, the size of Manitoba. It it will take some time driving. For me, the paint cans (to the north entrance) are the most spectacular. But around Old Faithful is a kind of promenade that is among many small geysers, which is fine. The waterfalls at the top of the "Grand Canyon", Tower Falls, is worth seeing. Some of the best things is going to bump into things they were not looking. For example, people will see wildlife and just leave their cars. So reach up to 10 or 15 cars parked on the roadside, and there is a moose or a herd of elk or something, just look at the tourists and vice versa. Last time I was there has been only a terrible forest fire there, and some of the forests were burned badly. I want to see how well it has become. We were also in a camp I had just been full of lodgepole pines, tall trees, perfectly straight to make telephone poles. The trees had begun to fall on cars and things, so cut them all in this small section and built a camp between the logs. This was at the end of the season, when (as the guard told us later) of the bison were migrating from the hills in the western prairies in the east, and a massive bison walked through our camp, and stopped right in front to our camp and stayed there. I have pictures of my girlfriend trying to make dinner in our campstove this huge beast only about 20 feet away, staring at her. People got to see other campsites. "Hey, how do you get a bison? We did not get a buffalo in our camp!" An old lady of England said it was the biggest animal I had seen outside a zoo.

Yellowstone National Park - $14.99 Wyoming’s Yellowstone National Park has served as a landmark of natural splendor — not to mention a tourist beacon — in America since it was officially established as a monument for “the benefit and enjoyment of the people.” This film features a tour through Yellowstone’s lavish natural wonders, including its famous hot springs, geysers, reflective lakes, and gargantuan waterfalls. ~ Tracie Cooper, Rovi |

Yellowstone $4.99 An exquisite portfolio and guide to America’s most popular national park. Yellowstone National Park welcomes three million visitors every year. Most are drawn to its eye-popping hydrothermal features, including the world-famous Old Faithful. The region famously sits over a continental “hot spot,” a chamber of molten magma several miles below the surface that heats the groundwater and powers the park’s geysers, hot springs, mud pots and steam vents. A network of paved roads and boardwalks offers visitors easy access to the kaleidoscopic colors and dramatic eruptions of some of the park’s impressive waterworks. However, few tourists experience the stunning all-season splendor of Yellowstone’s backcountry, which is home to wonders that, on their own, would have easily justified the park’s creation. This book captures the perennial delights of Yellowstone’s most popular features, but it also introduces readers to the park’s vast swaths of grasslands, wetlands, rivers, waterfalls, valleys and mountain peaks, its richly diverse plant life and its free-ranging wildlife, including the newly reintroduced wolves. Photographs and books by Tim Fitzharris are universally praised for their striking beauty, which goes beyond postcard clich . This veteran photographer is well-known for his patience and determination. He will wait for hours and return to a site over many days to capture the best light. Yellowstone National Park reflects that singular vision. |
