tours of egypt and jordan

North Africa is a perfect place for filming, has views and has seas of sand, which is the Mediterranean, which has old and new buildings in the old alleys and bustling cities. In fact, all attractions and opportunities that make it an ideal place to film North Africa also makes it ideal for holidays. It examines the top ten of the film, along with other attractions, means that any holiday in North Africa will be as exciting as it is exotic … Â
10.The English Patient
The English Patient was filmed in and Nefta Mahdia, Tunisia. Quicksand and authentic oasis, the feeling of the places almost becomes another character in the film as the love story plays on them.
9. The life of Brian
Unless directly-bound movie at 9, with Monty Python's Life of Brian. The movie was filmed almost entirely in place in Tunisia, including the Amphitheater El Jem, the Kasbah of Sousse and several other cities and areas. One of his most controversial and best films, including Brian all the "horns" on several parties and half of 'Goon Spike' Milligan. Only half of the recording is actually his character Spike. Pythons met with him and began to shoot some scenes, but he himself was a holiday in North Africa, and left to continue their holiday with only half of you did!
8. Cleopatra
As you can imagine, the parts of this epic was filmed on location in Egypt. Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor engage in an epic war and love scenes near the Pyramids and the desert sands – a classic movie is low on our list, because most of the holidays North Africa, Egypt will go to the history of the Middle Kingdom pyramids and instead of seeing where the stars can have standing.
7. Death in the Nile
A classic Peter Ustinov Death on the Nile is a great film that seems almost like an advertisement for vacation in North Africa and Egypt, for his bill! The film shows all the main attractions of Egypt, from Luxor to Giza, and is picturesque and fascinating.
6. Black Hawk Down
Black Hawk Down was filmed almost entirely in Morocco, using many of the soldiers who were actually in the raid of the film represents. The real-life battle took place in Mogadishu, but those looking for vacation places in North Africa will enjoy trips to KÃ © Nitra Rabbat air base and in Morocco, where made most of the film.
5. Laurence of Arabia.
With "Saudi" in the title you might think this 60 David Lean's classic would have been filmed somewhere in the Arabian peninsula. However, most of it was filmed in Spain and in several other places, like California, Jordan, Morocco and Wales. The Moroccan aspect was filmed in Ouarzazate, a famous city in southern Morocco, which is more castle or citadel of the city.
4. Gladiator
A modern epic, Gladiator also several of its scenes filmed in Ouarzazate, the old installation of Roman architecture the race for the province of Maximus, where it becomes a gladiator for the first time. Ouarzazate is well worth visiting on a holiday in North Africa by their own history and culture and for its long history of film production.
3. Raiders of the Lost Ark
Indiana Jones always choose the most interesting places to go "on holiday". The North African city of Susa was the location of some of the Raiders of the Lost Ark shooting, including the famous scene in Honduras is facing a master swordsman and lazily pulls out his gun and shot him in place to see up close. There was a scene planned for this fight, but Harrison Ford (and everyone else in the cast and crew, apart from Spielberg) had diarrhea really bad, and told the director of "Why not just shoot and get it over and done with? "
2. Star Wars
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, was actually 1977, and Tunisia. The sweeping sands and rocks of the country makes it perfect for the Tatooine desert plant in George Lucas' space epic, and all the house of Luke Skywalker is a popular tourist destination for lovers on vacation in North Africa.
1. Casablanca
Casablanca is the perfect film from North Africa, with a slight problem, none of this was filmed there! Although a little trick of the movie is still number one on our list, visit the city and go to Rick's Cafe © Amà © ricain, a bar of charge in the same style as the original set. A great place and the city to visit on your holiday to Africa North.
Kieron Sellens is the marketing manager of the Association of Independent Tour Operators (AiTO). With North Africa holidays from AITO, you can tailor-make the dream trip abroad.
