Tours in California (PLEASE help me and my family!?
My family and I do not know our way in California, while we believe a tour in California, may be the best thing. We have a hard time finding visits to the destinations we want to go. Napa Valley, San Francisco, Monterey, Caramel, LA (Optional Laguna Beach) We want to do things on our own and dinner in "The French Laundry", etc. * If you can help us find any tours to these destinations on it, that could help me and my family a lot! Thank you for the help! We just wanted a Guided tours / bus just to take about.
It looks like it will cover most of what you want. However, he went to Santa Barbara, Instead of Monterey and Caramel. You have 3 days in the Los Angeles area, if you plan properly, you can rent a car in Los Angeles to get to Laguna Beach. This is a 1-2 hour drive so (maybe more depending on traffic). Good http://www.california-tour.com/california/packages/sanfrancisco/losangeles.php luck and have fun.

Travel to San Francisco with my boyfriend for a weekend – what should we see?
Hi – my boyfriend and I (mid 20s) are heading to San Francisco for a weekend in June We are thinking about hitting the Napa Valley, but need some advice – I see so many vacation packages including wine tours, Alcatraz, city tours, museum wax, etc. What are the must-see attractions? Thank you!
A weekend is not enough time to travel outside of the city. Where are you getting at? If outside California, you might want to take a trip to Mt. Tam / Muir Woods to see redwoods. Alcatraz trip is usually must first visit because the city is tired of the bay. Ferry Building is great for views and excellent snacks / food. I would spend time near Embarcadero, go to the bakery in China Town Golden Gate Tarts for large egg, Dining Out Louie Chinese Dim Sum in California. You can rent bikes / scooters etc Union Square for more Golden Gate Bridge view (best views are below the Fort Point / Zone Chrissy Field. At night, try Matrix Lounge in the Fillmore area (other stuff too close to the nightlife). Fresca is good for dinner in Peru, or medjool lounge is cool / Restaurant in the neighborhood of the Mission (take BART there if you can – Parking stinks). Thirsty Bear is also good for bar / tapas in the evening. Union Square for shopping (Sears Fine Foods has good French toast). Lunch Day One Ferry Building Pier 39 Fishermans Wharf Chrissy Field / Golden Gate Bridge Matrix Two Day Night Alcatraz Chinatown dimsum Union Square Thirsty Bear If three days, maybe go to Muir Woods if you like the nature of things. Or you can ferry to Sausalito for the day or hang out in Haight Ashbury area and see the Golden Gate Park museums.

tours in the San Francisco area?
I will visit the San Francisco area for 2-3 days and was wondering if anyone knew any good tours there. A couple of places I go are the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island. ? Recommendations Oh, and if you want to add some extra to visit the places that would be great. Any places around that area like Oakland are great too.
Only one tour company that goes to Alcatraz. It's a good idea to purchase tickets in advance, and you'll get a better choice of times. Visit The rock is very popular and often runs out days in advance. Http: / / www.alcatrazcruises.com The rest of the city can do without having a formal driving tour, although there are several options. Double-deck, Fire Engine, amphibians, or tourism to name a few. But in my opinion the best way to see any city and especially in San Francisco is on foot. There are many walking tours available to the architecture without vampires definitely a trip for you. Oh, and did not miss the Golden Gate Park.
