I looked over the tour dates of one million times just to be safe and I do not always see that they are coming! not even anywhere close. Someone knows if the dates is final, or could they still be evolving.

The tour dates that you saw are not official. A few dates and places have been modified and rearranged certain. New dates could be added. This is confirmed by Lady Gaga they release official tour dates later this month and you'll be able to see the official information on Ladygaga.com. The ONLY thing has been confirmed is the magazine interview Lady Gaga V that the tour begins October 11. And I'm not positive where.
