The President Parasite and Other Stories is a rich collection of vignettes written slice of life with a melancholy flavor and a touch of black humor in a readable format, conversation tone. Every story deserves a review of its own, but for this review I will mention a couple of my favorites. However, if you read this and are hungry for more, you can get your hands on a downloadable file sampling of their stories on his blog "Let There Be Blog!".

For this review, I thought that highlight a couple of my favorite stories:

Jim Musgrave participation in the memory of the more than yesterday opens a window on life daily in America "invisible" nobody wants to see. Protagonist of this story is a Jewish woman who marries a blue-eyed Irish police, the red head much to the chagrin of his mother. The story highlights the changing relationship of mother and wife as the two women learn to work together when the father in law, a Vietnam veteran with Alzheimer's disease, needs care and the husband ends up in Iraq as hostages. I could write a full review of this story alone, and I recommend it highly.

The bet is a man who earns $ 117 million in a lottery and betting his pastor that can cause more problems try to do good with their profits than he would if it were wasted. If not, I'll give the remaining money to the church, but if you win the Pastor agrees to change the church in a Church of Satan. The pastor takes the bet. Talk about good versus evil! If you want to know how to work out, you have to buy the book.

The story is not dead. The stories vary greatly from Jim that there is no umbrella marketing formula that can be clustered different, original, creative and reflection. His work affects the mind in a subtle way, as much as Twilight Zone. It entertains, but gets you not only let go until the discussions in your mind and makes you think.

Arlington Heights is a section of the city of Arlington, Massachusetts. The city is a suburb of Boston, located northwest of the city, and has a rich history.
