Theme of the European tour?

My boyfriend came shining with a possible theme for our wedding. I had originally really wanted a theme, but this idea I found something that would really be incredible to do. His only request was that the wedding leads to wear a kilt. I agreed that before we were engaged. Because we have the European thing goes with the skirt, we were thinking of doing a "Tour of Europe" theme for our reception. I do not want do things exclusively Scottish. Each has European descents. Her family is Scotch-Irish and English and mine is English and German, with some form of Scotland again somewhere. We thought about using different European countries like Scotland, Ireland, England, Germany, France and Italy, because we are considering going on tour in Europe for our honeymoon. Any ideas on how we can link in this topic? Our colors will be shades of blue and none of the other members of the wedding party to use kilts. Thank you!
