British territory in Spain need a visa?

I was told that some tours in Spain visit a city or region which is under British control, and requires a separate entry visa in the United Kingdom, and Spain a visa before they can enter this territory. Does anyone know what this area? I doubt its Gibraltar as its on the coast. Any other British controlled territories in Spain?

Yes, you will need a separate visa for Gibraltar If your country is not without a visa. The Gibraltar government provides only limited information on visa that is: for the purposes of Economic Area (EEA European) nationals may enter Gibraltar on production of a national identity card or passport. All other nationals require a passport or other travel document recognized. stateless persons and nationals of some countries need a visa to enter Gibraltar. Gibraltar is outside the Schengen area. If you think of traditional England, you think maybe the small villages joined by leafy streets, some cows eating grass a small field surrounded by ancient hedgerows, and the time to sit and listen to the birds, broken only by the occasional sound of a tractor in the distance. It is difficult to find this traditional England, but not impossible. One of the best places to start is in the Cotswolds, the area west of Oxford in the south. The Cotswolds is the largest region in England to be designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty

You will find a myriad of small villages, where old ivy covered houses built in the local cluster attractive yellow stone around the church village. Some of these villages are really part of the tourist trails while others, often equally good, have continued as usual and escaped the arrival of cars filled with visitors. Do not visit the well known villages such as Upper Slaughter or Chipping Norton, but also look for villages that are not in your guide!

But there is more than a holiday pretty villages, and the region's largest cities that still have traditional markets, offering fresh produce directly from the farm and all the malls the most modern that you might need – or try Malmesbury Stow-on-the-Wold, for example. Over there are many of these towns, and most interesting historical sites in the center.

Still need a more exciting? Sure venture to Bath or Cheltenham. Both centers have regency, very beautiful, with houses and streets impressive wide open. Bath Heritage site UNESCO World, also has important Roman ruins to visit.

The latter must address is north of the Cotswolds, Stratford-upon-Avon. Stratford is the birthplace of William Shakespeare, and you can visit the house where he was born. There is something magical about visiting the property that ensures you never forget your visit.

Whatever time of year you visit, you will enjoy visiting the Cotswolds although spring and fall are my favorite. Each time you come you're sure to have a good time and have a lot to discover and enjoy.

Be sure to to plan ahead – but also leave time just to explore if you are planning to visit the Cotswolds – there is much to discover in the quiet streets and lanes lost in the countryside.

A little to the south-west of the Cotswolds region visit also Stonehenge, perhaps the most fascinating prehistoric monument in the world.
