The Laff Spot is running shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings and combines some of the best comedy acts the city with an excellent jazz and cuisine. Contrary to the Improv comedy is at its most fierce and swift, the Laff Spot is a refined and food and service are excellent. The club is entirely non-smoking and there is a full service on offer waitress while parking is plentiful nearby.
One of the features offered by the Laff Spot is a defensive driving course taken by the client with the team of actors – the joke is that the certificate you Come Away With recognized state and country wide and May we will end up reducing insurance premiums for your driver!
Houston's Laff Stop
Perhaps the Premier Houston comedy club and certainly the most expensive. Class comedy acts that are recognized nationally frequent use of the Laff Stop place as the Houston leg of their tour and you are advised to check that cheek before making a reservation. The club claims to laugh downtown Houston, and probably not a boast, but competition between established clubs is fierce!
Food and beverages are in the spotlight and you can enjoy a great evening of entertainment that includes a lot of time for music and dance if you're not inclined to gags were simply thrown to you when you're sitting all night. Comedy Show nights are Thursday, Friday and Saturday, while they have open mic night on Wednesday if you're brave enough to face a real crowd to the other side of the stage lighting.
