If you go to Aspen, chances are you have visions of winter wonderland, the mountain trails, exciting, and some of the best powder snow in the world. It goes without saying that one of the biggest attractions Aspens, and one of its biggest draws is its world class skiing. There are four ski hills to choose from: Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, Snowmass and Aspen Mountain.

Ranging from easy to more difficult mountain Buttermilk, has some of the more family and beginner friendly trails in the Aspen area. It is also known for its excellent ski instruction. If you are not one for the pleasure of skiing, cross country skiing is a great way to see the countryside without the high speed limits or limited.
