Without sounding rude, it is a big question to be honest. You'd be better off going to a travel agency do such work. Either that, or do some homework first, read and decide a route and then break the questions into different sections such as Germany, Holland and then you you can ask questions specific to each country. Thus local or someone with that knowledge can help, otherwise it is a bit disappointing (it was for me when I read for the first time so why let it initally) I hope this explains, I hope you understand what I mean
